Reporting Player: west / Lionel Messi
Reason: He is just banning players, how he likes.
What Happened: He just harassment us, then just start banning us one by one and end claims that we hacked.
Evidence:

First video shows,
there was someone with leather stalking us and harassmenting, then he rans away with speed hack.



Second video shows,
That same leather dude comes and start flying away at end he "bugged" himself that we saw his name.
(ps. my video recorder messed up on the middle part, but i can add that i shot him two times to head when he was peeking behind tree and then moved behind that rock.)



Reason why we got banned was "using" lighthack or gamma... gamma really?

I have to add that if using gamma is not like using 3rd party program that give you a aimbot, wallhacks, esp, etc.
So, my point is that changing gamma or brightness isn't hacking, but it is an advantage for sure and everyone can use it with out hacking.

You killed a guy from 60m+ at night so I went to check how it happened. I usually dont test for that also as in the video the victim held a torch so it was an easy target.
You only got banned for being in a team that uses lighthack also your comment about it "oh,really". You would have got unban after making a ban appeal.

Edit: Also your comments indicates that you were aware that somebody from your team uses it ("oh cmon") so its not something default settings left on the the monitor.

Make a ban appeal and got banned because someone in my team "used" gamma, so it's your choise keep me banned or unban me.

that "oh,cmon" was pointing to my last statement about using gamma.
Seems that you have to dig and keep digging that you can "find" a reason to ban someone or all of them... legit Games by Admins.

Edit: Why just make a ban appeal and leave admins & mods keep doing this?

So much solved case's about mod or admin abuse and still they have their rights?

Fudge and Ruben have already got their warn. I haven't seen how they abused they rights since that day. Every admin can make mistakes sometimes but maybe west has right. I don't know i wasn't there and I not really undertand thise videos.

i'm just quoting the rules here, admins arent here to make rules, they're here to enforce them upon the players. I personally think that this rule shouldn't exist as it is undetectable unless you do something silly like your friends did (get headshots during the night, see exactly where they are etc), now I really don't mind if they get unbanned or not but I'm just pointing this out.

Of course you don't because you are the one of abusive admins that want us to stop playing by using their powers in order to destroy our motivation. I'm really surprised that you have still your privileges. Don't owners care about their server?
I have also seen a flying man near our base recently after your raid. When I saw him he just ran away/tped. I'm also suspecting you or Ruben about this, you have already proved that you are not worthy an admin ranks.

I actually meant that in a positive way, but now that you have shown that kind of attitude I might change my mind. I like having competition on the server and I'm not destroying anyones motivation. Last time I used hacks was a very while ago and I rarely ever do, even on admin duty and I almost never fly. Me and Ruben were already warned, you want us fired yeah yeah we know, but the thing is, we, keep the hackers away, if we were to go away, you'd have to deal with more hackers then you could've imagined, the owners have business taking care of the server by updating it, adding new features, that's why we're the mods, and we take care of the server in game, and also, FYI, we were punished cause of your case, we were punished because of something else that's not related to you guys at all. If you continue acting like this while I try giving you a chance to play here and keep disrespecting me I'll eventually throw in an unsupport to your ban appeal here.

 

You don't see the work behind the server we talked about 2 day the Fudge and Ruben's abuse so I don't think so they will use their rights when they are playing as a player in the future.

 

I fully understand you and we would appreciate if someone could look at the case from our perspective:
1. Intense raid by abusive admins (Fudge&Ruben).
2. Raided our base far away (they said they found it by following one of us->who the hell is going far distances when he can tp there every 5mminutes?).
3. One of us banned while admin(Ruben ofc) didn't react to a hacker issue -> instead of this he banned one of us.
4. I saw a guy flying above our base and when he realized he ran away(spying?).
Edit: 4.1 Lionel Messi(west) was spying us at hacker's valley, Krecha saw his name. It is the first video at this thread.
5. Banned all of us because of "brightness of the screen" with no evidence.
6. Raided again.

Im not judging about using hacks/high gamma have fun (until u get cought) but the other players on the server who are requesting daytime to see something might not want the admins to let those people back to play again. And we are all about to provide more improved entertainment to the players who want to play on this server.

If some players wants to raid you at night you would have a huge advantage against them. Which would lead more raging players, hackers and forum reports like this. And what should we say to them? "Yea guys we know about that they (might)play with brighter monitors but we still let them play." Im sure those guys who likes the competiton on this server also want equal chance to fight against you.

This is just very good advertising to server,
"Join for legit games, we will ban you finally and then raid your base by scouting it first!".

Edit: If we got banned because we "cheated", then typical way is to delete our stuff and not to use them, right? hope you did..

@Doc, thanks for inform what kind a punishment they got and seems they learn their leason? I only hope so.

@west, It's good trying to play "CSI" and trying to make us a "bad" players, you can go analyze more videos to youtube, have fun!

Edit: Just blame yourself for pushing normal players to start hacking. As I said everyone can use gamma with out hacking and there is more other ways to play as advantage, like fake names and be a bestie with an mod or admin.
