Denied Admins ... i got banned for nothing plz unban

i was banned for Fly Jump ... which i don't have ... i mean ... everytime i get to second floor of my base i get kicked for that and i got kicked 5 times and now the 6th time and i got banned ... like WTF ? and also i think it's because foundations and floors and doors are glitched on your server because i can't place doors ... and i place foundation and i can walk on it but i can't put stuff on it like when i put my storage box it connects to the ground not to the foundation ... so server thinks ( or what ever ) thinks that there is no base there and when i get to second floor EAC see that i jumped pretty high and accuse me of cheating for jumping high ... so... plz can you fix that peace of shit ??? and this is not happening just to me it's happening for everyone so plz fix that shit <3
